What is Reignite?

Reignite is my personalised online training and coaching programme, created for men over 50 (or on the way to 50) who want to feel stronger, move better, and reconnect with their bodies, no matter where they’re starting from. It's a personalised programme that's built around you. It’s not about perfection, it’s about progress, confidence, and feeling good in your own skin again.

One-to-One Coaching

A vital part of the Reignite programme is regular video check-ins with me to review your progress, adjust your plan, and talk honestly about what’s working, and what’s getting in the way. Between calls, you’ll have direct support, seven days a week, via WhatsApp for motivation, feedback, and accountability. Whether you're celebrating a win, struggling with motivation, or just need a nudge to get moving, I’m right there with you. Most guys over 50 don’t need a drill sergeant. They need someone who listens, keeps them on track, and reminds them why they started. That’s what this is about. Real support, when it matters most.

Fitness & Nutrition

Your body, goals, and lifestyle are unique, so your fitness programme is tailored to meet your exact needs. Whether you’re starting from scratch, recovering from injury, or returning after years away. Every move is designed with your age, ability, and real-life needs in mind, to build strength, ease stiffness, and move with more freedom. About Me

For over 25 years, I’ve been helping men feel stronger, more confident, and better connected to their bodies. But more than that, I’ve lived this.

I know what it’s like when your joints ache before you’ve even made it out of bed. When your energy dips, your confidence wobbles, and you wonder if the best version of you is fading into the background. I’ve been there too. And I’ve found my way back, through movement, nutrition, self-awareness, and a lot of patience.

I created Reignite because I believe men over 50 deserve more than “just put up with it.” We deserve to feel strong again, enjoy our bodies, improve our sexual confidence, support our mental health, and tap back into the pleasure and power we thought we’d lost.

 

For me, that’s meant daily walks, home-based workouts, better food (most of the time), and embracing naturism, learning to drop the shame and just be in my body again (You don't have to get naked, it just works for me!)

It’s meant listening more closely to what I need, physically, mentally, emotionally, sexually, and helping other men do the same. This isn’t about chasing youth. It’s about making peace with where we are and building something even better from here for the years ahead.

From the very beginning, this is your journey, and my role is to support you every step of the way.

It all starts with a free video chat where you can tell me about your goals, your challenges, and what you want to achieve. Ask as many questions as you like and make sure my approach feels like the right fit for you. Once you’re ready to get started, sign up and we'll get started right away.

Step 2

You'll be able to download my Reignite app, where all of your exercise programmes, nutritional guidance, coaching tips, messages, and much more will be waiting for you. It's the link that brings us together.

Frequently asked questions
  • Is this only for men over 50?
    No, but that’s where my expertise really shines. I’ve designed my coaching to address the unique challenges many men face as they get older. Things like joint pain, reduced flexibility, slower metabolism, duller sexual sensations, or confidence dips. That said, men of any age are absolutely welcome. Whether you’re 30 or 60, you’ll get a unique, personalised plan and my full commitment to helping you move better, feel stronger, and achieve results you may not have thought possible.
  • Do I need to be fit to start?
    Not at all. Many of my clients start from scratch, and some haven’t trained in years if ever at all. Everything is designed around your current ability, fitness level, goals, and comfort zone.
  • What kind of results can I expect?
    That depends on your consistency, effort, and goals. Most of my clients experience improvements in energy, mobility, flexibility, strength, weight loss, confidence, and overall wellbeing within the first few weeks. Remember, I can only give you the tools to achieve results. You'll need to commit to using those tools.
  • How much time do I need to commit?
    If you're goal is to lose weight, build strength, and change your body shape, then most of my clients see great results with just three or four exercise sessions per week. Timescales can be difficult to predict, because we're all different, but your plan will fit your lifestyle and schedule, not the other way around.
  • What equipment do I need?
    Many plans can be done with little or no equipment. I can prescribe a huge range of bodyweight exercises, although simple items like dumbbells, resistance bands, or a bench can open up even more options. But we’ll work with whatever you have access to.
  • I have exisiting medical conditions, joint pain or old injuries. Can I still do this?
    Yes, I'll make sure you are safely working around joint issues, stiffness, old injuries, or health concerns. We’ll focus on building strength, protecting joints, improving mobility, and preventing further injury.
  • Can you help with weight loss?
    Yes. Weight loss is one of the most common goals I work with, but we approach it in a way that works for your body, your age, and your lifestyle, not with crash diets or quick fixes. We focus on consistency and realistic changes.
  • I feel overwhelmed and don’t know where to start. Can you help?
    That’s exactly why I’m here. Many men feel stuck because they’re not sure what to do or where to begin. I’ll guide you step-by-step so you always know what to focus on, one step at a time.
  • What if I travel a lot or have an irregular schedule?
    That’s very common, and one of the reasons online coaching works so well. Your plan can be adjusted around your travel, busy periods, or changing routine, and you can still make real progress, even with a busy life.
  • What if I have very limited flexibility or mobility right now?
    That’s often exactly where we start. A lot of men over 50 feel stiff, tight, or achy, especially in the hips, back, and shoulders. Improving your mobility is a key part of what we do, and most men notice big improvements within just a few weeks.
  • Can you help with nutrition too?
    Absolutely. Sustainable, realistic nutrition support is built into your programme. I've never promoted fad diets, extreme restrictions, or “quick fixes.”
  • What if I’m not motivated?
    That’s exactly what coaching is for. Together, we’ll build consistency, habits, and structure — even on the days when motivation is low.
